We are seeking an outstanding member of support staff to be appointed as our Assistant Head of Pupil Development: Inclusion & Rewards to work within our new Pupil Development Team. The post will be directly line-managed by our Head of Pupil Development and working alongside our Assistant Heads of Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. You will be an integral part of the Pupil Development Team with your main responsibilities linked to the efficient running of our Inclusion Room and proactively working with pupils to address behaviour issues. The role will also involve ensuring behaviour is accurately tracked and monitored to identify patterns and recommend appropriate actions. In addition, you will also be responsible for overseeing the rewards system and ensuring that pupils receive their rewards. Ultimately the role requires someone that embodies and delivers the school’s very high standards to ensure the success of all our pupils.
