Governors
The Governors of the school are responsible for the overall strategy for the school by
Setting the aims and objectives for the school
- Adopting policies for achieving those aims and objectives
- Setting targets for achieving those aims and objectives
The Headteacher is responsible for the internal organisation, management and organisation of the school.
There are fourteen governors altogether who are appointed by a range of methods.
- Five governors are elected by the parents of the school.
- Three governors are appointed by the local education authority (LEA) which is Norfolk County Council.
- Three governors are elected by the staff of the school.
- Two governors are co-opted by the rest of the governors from the local community
- The Headteacher is a non-voting governor
All governors serve a term of four years, after which time they may offer themselves for appointment or election again.

The governors are advised by the senior management team of the Headteacher Paul Adams, and the two Deputy Headteachers John Wilson and Bev Foreman.
The full governing body meets twice a term and there are also four committees that each meets twice a term, or more often if necessary.
